LBRCC return to competitive racing in a 10 mile TT with North Bucks Cycle club

On a balmy and humid evening last week, nine riders from the club took to the start line of the COVID friendly 10 mile time trial organised by North Bucks Road Cycle Club starting from Stoke Hammond taking a course up the A505 towards Leighton Buzzard and back to Stoke Hammond over a challenging up and down route.
Leighton Buzzard cycle club was well represented with nine out of the 21 riders taking the start and club rider Dan David completing the course in second place overall with a fast 21:11 minute time and an average speed of 28.32mph only 76 seconds slower than the 1st place rider.
A great result from the club with riders of all ages taking part and then the club members retired to the Black Lion in Leighton Buzzard to compare results and rehydrate.
