Couch to 5k is a 9 week programme designed to get you into running and able to run at least 5k and improve fitness. The next Couch To 5K programme will start on Monday 27th January 2020 at 7.15pm at the clubhouse, in Bell Close Leighton Buzzard, just opposite Morrisons.

Couch to 5k guides you through an NHS approved programme to get you from walking to running 5k in 9 weeks. We’ll meet every Monday evening and complete two homework runs a week and you will be supported through out by our group of C25k mentors. There will also be some social events along the way, in fact, after your first run, we will meet for a drink at our local favourite, The Black Lion so we can all get to know each other better.
